Every week we select the finest meat available for our boxes. We try to keep the contents of the boxes the same each week, however if you wish to swap an item from the list below for a different item from the shop of a similar weight and type, you can add a note to your order.
The boxes vary in sizes so please order carefully. Some of the items in the boxes are designed to be stored in your freezer for later use.
